Zartner Technology was contracted to design the Website and online administration portal for Compound Security. Compound is a 250 person organisation, with 90% of the resources serving as security guards across over 40 client locations. The portal built by Zartner for Compound has allowed Compound to perform its company administration electronically compared to what was previously possible.

The Compound Online Portal caters for the following functionality:
  • Electronic Management of all employee files including employment contracts and employee details,
  • Electronic administration of the client sites including the tracking of guard allocation,
  • Electronic capturing of arrests made at the client sites including reporting on arrest statistics,
  • Electronic capturing of Incidents,
  • SMS integration for instant communication with guards,
  • Equipment management,
  • Electronic management of intra site transfer of guards,
  • Reporting on arrests, SMS communication and Employee status,
